    All In

    Create the perfect ceremony for you and your guests with this signature, full ceremony service.

    You’ll recieve a personalised ceremony that’s been crafted with intention and perfectly tailored to you and your love story.

    This package includes:

    - Initial and subsequent meetings to prepare and plan all details.
    - Unlimited communication.
    - A final run through/rehearsal.
    - Vow writing support.
    - A beautifully delivered, personalised ceremony.
    - Access to our online library of resources including a Vow Guide.
    - Use of a PA system and wireless microphone.
    - Completion and lodgement of all legal paperwork.

    Intimate

    We love intimate ceremonies with your closest family and friends.This is a perfect option for an intimate ceremony, a micro wedding or an elopement.

    You’ll recieve a personalised ceremony that’s been crafted with intention and perfectly tailored to you and your love story.

    This package includes:

    - Initial and subsequent meetings to prepare and plan all details.
    - A final run though/rehearsal online or in person.
    - A beautifully delivered, personalised ceremony.
    - Access to our online library of resources.
    - Use of PA system and wireless microphone.
    - Completion and lodgement of all legal paperwork.

    Legals Only

    Designed for couples who aren’t having a ‘traditional’ ceremony and love the idea of a legals only ceremony (without having to go to the Registry Office).

    This can be done anywhere - even from the comfort of your own home.

    This package includes:

    - A pre-wedding meeting to complete the legally required paperwork.
    - Minimum wording to legalise your marriage.
    - Signing of documents and certificates with you and your two witnesses.
    - Completion and lodgement of all legal paperwork.

The Process

  • Once you’ve locked in your wedding date and submitted an enquiry, we’ll have a relaxed, no-pressure chat to get to know each other and discuss the package that best suits your ceremony.

    You can ask questions, share your vision and choose the celebrant who feels right for you - either Gabrielle or Marissa.

  • Once you feel we’d be the perfect fit, we’ll send you our Booking Agreement. Your booking will be secured once the booking fee has been paid. This is 30% of your package price. From here, you’ll gain access to our Couples Portal - a thoughtfully curated space, designed to support and inspire you as we craft your ceremony.

    You’ll also receive our Couples Questionnaire to complete individually. This allows you to share your story, the big milestones, the funny memories and the precious moments in between so we can create the most bespoke ceremony that feels like you.

  • We’ll schedule an inital meeting to get to know each other further. Together we’ll start to discuss the personal details of your ceremony, as well as complete some legal documentation (Notice of Intended Marriage NOIM).

  • We’ll continue to be in contact to review your legal documents and the personal details of your ceremony.

  • A final meeting will be scheduled where you’ll have the opportunity to approve (or tweak) your ceremony script. Or … you can leave it as a surprise for your special day!

    We’ll also confirm the logistics of your ceremony and any last minute details with a brief run-through. We also offer a run-through in the days before your wedding.

    Your final invoice will be due here.

  • On the day your celebrant will arrive before your guests (about 1 hour) to set up, check in with you, sign some pre-ceremony documenation, connect with your vendors and welcome your guests as they arrive.

    You’ll be guided through your beautifully crafted ceremony with all legal paperwork (Official Certificates of Marriage & Form 15) completed seamlessly. You’ll also receive a ceremonial certificate to keep.

    Then, it’s your time to soak up the love, fun and celebration with your favourite people.

  • Your legal paperwork will be lodged with Births, Deaths and Marriages to officially register your marriage. You’ll receive an email with everything you need to apply for your Official Marriage Certificate.

    You’ll also receive a Name Change Guide to make this process smooth and stress-free.

    And … after being so invested your beautiful love story, we’d truly love to hear from you. So, once the confetti settles, absolutely reach out, share your photos with us, and let’s celebrate all over again!
